Surprising Expiration Dates

The interesting one for me on their list is vinegar as I'm pretty sure the bottle I've had in my kitchen cupboard has been there longer than the 42 months they specify.

In between moving homes I had a lot of stuff in storage for about 18 months and that bottle on vinegar was in there. It still tastes OK on my chips though, so hey.
